TERMS and CONDITIONS
the clinics operate a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. If a client is unable to attend an appointment, a 24 hours notice is required and the session will be rescheduled. If a shorter notice is given, the client will be expected to pay the full rate.
If a client is late for a session, the treatment will nonetheless end at the allotted time to allow for the smooth running of other bookings, unless differently agreed with therapist.
